FAINA is a Ukrainian design brand with emphasis on cultural roots and respect for nature, while its pursuit of original texture and craftmanship perfectly resonates with kar. SONIAH floor lamp is one of FAINA's most prominent designs, SONIAH refers to Ukraine's national flower - the sunflower, which is also the inspiration for this design - in shape, it consists of components like a flower and a stem; and it embodies the yearning for natural energy. FAINA's original design adopts the brand's innovative organic material with stress on preserving the handmade textual traits during the making process. Inspired by FAINA's aesthetics, kar collaborated with FAINA to create a special version of the SONIAH floor lamp applying kar's unique craftsmanship, launching a limited edition of 100 pieces. kar's clay kneading traces reveal a sensual and delicate beauty, bringing a softer feeling to the original design, combined with the special texture of FRP – to create a warm and diversified lighting atmosphere. This special collaboration brings along the collision of two cultures, and its unique and bold outlook will definitely become a highlight in any space.
